This consist of an extremely heavy-duty , solid steel rotor supported on Bearing housings at both ends. The set of beater Blades or hammers revolves at high speed which shears the feed logs into required fineness.

The powerful action of hammers against the Corrugated Liner Plates and stationary Breaker Blades cuts through and disintegrate feed particles more quickly and effectively through discharge screen. A replaceable screen fitted at the bottom discharge end regulates the required output fineness of the feed particle.
